Drones In Agriculture: Weed Spraying

Posted on

Part 2 of my project investigating the use of Drone technology on farming properties. This time, I followed a boom spray as it carried out lined patterns of weed spraying and investigated the potential for the drone to show areas that needed attention and therefore also showing the parts that didn’t and being able to save resources by allocating it to the parts in need.

This would be further looked into with my videos to come looking at Canola fields and how the height of the drone flight can pinpoint the locations of infected areas.
